Relax and unwind in this beautifully appointed home with a relaxed coastal aesthetic and luxurious accents throughout. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up delicious meals, which can be enjoyed al fresco on the deck or enjoyed as a casual poolside BBQ. The upper floor of the house features a magnificent vaulted Florida room, offering breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Sound. Three decks, including one overlooking the newly constructed pool, provide ample space for outdoor relaxation in the island breeze. The living area has plenty of room for everyone to gather and a sleeper sofa adds additional sleeping accommodations. After a day spent on the sugar-white sands, rinse off in the outdoor shower before taking a dip in the pool (Heat Optional), set within the privacy of a fully fenced yard equipped with an outdoor fireplace. With plenty of space for the whole family to create beachside memories that will last a lifetime, this retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Policies:
1. Check-in is 4pm | Check-out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. Large Dogs allowed - Limit 2, (pre-registration & fee applies).
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. There is a security camera in the backyard that is monitored by a 3rd party.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
7. Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas.
