Bedroom two: 2 Singles (OR 1 super king)
Bedroom three: 2 Singles (OR 1 super king)
Bedroom four: 2 Singles (OR 1 super king)
Living room: 2 sofa beds - linen provided on request
With private parking on the drive which can fit 2 vehicles and free on-street parking.
Conveniently located near all amenities, yet far enough for a truly relaxing trip.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with 'Know Your Guest', the leading vacation rental guest- screening provider.
Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.
You will also be given the choice between paying a £200 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
Additional guests over 4 are charged at a rate of £15 per night per head. Superior quality linen and towels are provided.
A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost.
Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost but subject to availability. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
Our property is located in a quiet residential area, and while we want our guests to fully enjoy their stay, we kindly ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum to maintain a respectful relationship with our neighbors.
