Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a wonderful location and lovely upgraded features, this home is extremely comfortable and welcoming. With ample parking and convenient beach access this home has a lot to offer. Load up the car and your four-legged family members and head to Carolina Beach today!

As you enter “Riptide” you are greeted by the beautiful hardwood floors and open living space. A large sectional sofa overlooks the kitchen and dining area and make s a great place to gather with family and friends. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and complimented by fabulous glass tile backsplash. A sizable pantry provides plenty of storage for groceries and the well-stocked kitchen ensures that meal preparation will be a breeze. The kitchen table is perfect for sharing home cooked meals, but the sit-in counter bar offers additional seating for guests or a casual breakfast before hitting the beach.

Down the hall the first guest bedroom makes wonderful accommodations for youngsters as it is furnished with a pyramid bunk bed and smart tv. There is an additional twin size trundle bed that stows away below the full bed for additional occupants. Across the hall there is a full bathroom that shares jack and jill access to the adjoining king guest room. The king guest room is comfortably furnished and offers a closet as well as a smart tv for your guest’s comfort. A third guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has access to a private ensuite bathroom. At the end of the hall, you will find the primary suite. Furnished with a lush king-sized bed, this suite includes a large bathroom complete with dual vanities, a private water closet, walk in shower, and large garden tub. The primary bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace and has access to a private balcony.

You will be just a stone’s throw away from Freeman Park, so bring your 4x4 and enjoy driving on the beach where you can truly get away from the crowds. The North End is nearby, and the family friendly nature of Pleasure Island offers endless activities for all ages. The North Carolina Aquarium and the Fort Fisher historical site are great day time activities for everyone to enjoy. Catch a ferry ride over to Southport for the day for some great local dining options or spend the day hiking in the maritime forest of Carolina Beach State Park. Venus fly traps and native pitcher plants can be spotted in the park seasonally and make a truly memorable experience!

Parking: Assigned parking on site for 4 vehicles.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome with a nonrefundable fee that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

We were at the property for a special occasion. The property was beautiful, with a great floor plan. The quick and easy access to the beach was perfect.

Property was great and had everything you want in a rental property that's located near the beach. It had the beach amenities (chairs, tents, toys, boogie boards) which made the visit even better. Would definitely come back.

The house is beautiful and comfortable with only a short walk to the beach. We were able to go out and walk on the beach every morning before breakfast, even with our doggie. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking family meals and it was easy to order in food or drive to town when we did not cook. The drive to the Boardwalk was only about five minutes, but there was lots of parking. The property manager responded quickly when we had an issue. We enjoyed lots of family time in the large living space and there were enough rooms, all on the same level, for the adults including our grown children and the grandparents. My only suggestions would be to clean bathrooms a little more and include elevator access for older adults. We will probably rent this one again!!
