- These are TWO separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of $125/day/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded 5 -7 business days after check-out.

Check in was terrible, didn’t get our rooms until almost 7. Check in is at 4 Unlike usual VRBO stays, this one charged an additional $1200 for taxes, parking and club fee that they make you pay. I’m sure this review will be taken down because I saw a warning review just like this after I could cancel and then it diaaapeared.

We got there after 4 pm check-in time. They told us our 2 rooms would be ready in 10 minutes so we valeted our car. After waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes I went back up to the front desk. This time they told me we could check into one of the rooms but the other room still hadnt been through house cleaning. Meanwhile tons of other people were checking in with abundant rooms available. It probably had to do with us booking with a 3rd party. They really didnt care about us at all, just offered us one room for 5 people with no guarantee that we would get the second room, which we paid for. We asked for our car back. They front desk said they called the valet. My husband waited another 45 minutes. The valet walked in and when my husband approached him, he said he never got a call from the front desk. What a miserable experience. They ruined our entire stay in Chicago.

Great location with easy access to parking or valet. Neighborhood was safe with great food very close by. Would highly recommend this hotel.
