Easy airport transfer via Skybus.

Our home is ideal for those seeking quiet enjoyment of a beautiful place, respectful of our neighbours. However, if you're looking for a party or events based booking, please respect that our home is not for you.

About our place...
Recently renovated with new carpets, newly tiled bathroom, new beds, new bedding, new furniture, new dining table, new fridge/freezer, new furnishings, new washing machine and heat-pump clothes dryer. All tastefully matched to complement a beautiful apartment with magnificent features, located in a heritage building.
Upon entering this secure warehouse-feel apartment, you'll discover a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with island bench and Bosch dishwasher, a contemporary living/dining zone with air conditioning (heating and cooling) with an abundance of light and city-scape through a unique styled arched window. Size wise, the apartment has a large and airy feel and is approximately 86 square metres of living space.
Whether you're choosing to hibernate in a beautiful place and take in the views of the park and the city, or looking for a base to explore the beach and everything Melbourne has to offer, the apartment is both well placed and well appointed for you to enjoy.
Location wise, it doesn't get better than this:
- The apartment overlooks Albert Park, making it the perfect base to enjoy picnics, lazy days in the park, or the Australian Formula 1 when it comes to town!
- The beaches are within walking distance: St. Kilda foreshore being just 1km away (10-15 minutes stroll) - home to the St. Kilda penguin colony, Luna Park, etc.
- 15 minutes by tram to the National Gallery Victoria (NGV) and Arts Precinct.
- 20-30 minutes by public transport to all the sporting arenas - MCG, Olympic Park, etc. for Tennis, AFL, Soccer, concerts, etc.
- The city is within easy reach too. Flinders Street station/Federation Square is around 19 minutes by tram.
You'll have the whole apartment to yourself and we've listed some key features below:

- Two queen-sized bedrooms, both with built-in-wardrobes.
- Stylish bedding, linen and towels.
- Dual access chic bathroom including a bath/shower.
- Study nook with desk, including 1x high-end LG 4k 27 inch monitor and ergonmic Gregory Inca high back chair. ** Please note: We will supply 1x HDMI cable for you to connect to the monitor from your laptop. You will need to provide your own laptop, keyboard, mouse, etc. that you require to work! **
- Euro style laundry with newly installed energy-efficient Bosch washing machine and heat-pump clothes dryer.
- Wi-Fi.
- Sleeping up to 4: Ideal for families with older children, professionals, travellers and holidaymakers, etc. short or long-term.
- Flexible check-in and check-out times (depending on prior bookings, we'll do our best to be as flexible as we can - please contact for details).
Please note, for mobility considerations, the apartment is located on the second floor, accessible only by stairway. We're in our 50's and easily manage it (we think of it as a cardio workout!).
