About this house rental

Unwind in Lincolnton, GA, at this serene lake house with amazing views. This property includes a main house with 3 bedrooms/ 3 baths, and an apartment with1 bedroom/ 2 baths. This creates a unique space for you and your guests to recharge and relax.

As you pull into the driveway you will be welcomed by a stunning view of the peaceful cove and the Soap Creek channel. As you take the path to the downstairs entrance, you will be greeted with a covered patio and lots of seating to enjoy the panoramic views. From here you can enter the main house through the double doors or the large sliding glass door. This space contains two separate seating/ TV areas, a full kitchen, a wine closet with a mini fridge, a breakfast nook that seats 4, a dining room table that seats 7, a wood burning fireplace, a full bathroom and a washer/dryer closet.

Once you go up the stairs (or you can go through the front door) you will find a large master bedroom with a king bed, breathtaking views of the lake, and direct access to the screened in porch. This room also has a private master bath with a jetted tub, and two separate granite countertops with sinks. The bedroom across from the master has a queen bed, a lake view, and direct access to the screened porch. The screened porch is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or to curl up with a good book. The third bedroom on this floor has a full bed and a full bathroom across the hall. You will also find an entryway area with books, puzzles, and games as well as a bench, hooks, and baskets to store your belongings. Each bedroom also has closet and drawer space.

The separate apartment can be accessed through the stairs attached to the main house or through the garage stairway. The apartment has a large communal space with 2 couches, a mini fridge/ coffee bar, a breakfast table and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, a closet, and a private toilet and shower. This space is great for multiple families or teenage/adult kids that need their own space. There is a full kitchen located in the garage area below the apartment and a separate space that contains workout equipment, kayaks, extra seating/tables, outdoor games and bikes.

Enjoy everything the lake has to offer with the outdoor amenities: double decker dock with power, oversized garage, four car pole barn with full electrical for boats or campers, 2 fire pit areas (wood and gas), and over 200 feet of deep-water shoreline. This property also has a gently sloping water line, which is great for kids, fishing, sunbathing and swimming.
There are several outdoor seating areas for catching up with family and friends or spending time in nature. Whether you're exploring the city, golfing, hitting the lake for fishing, or simply wanting to enjoy a beautiful evening in, this property is the perfect base for your vacation.

We instantly felt at home upon arrival! Quiet neighborhood with tons of shade and beautiful scenery. Numerous comfortable outdoor areas with a gentle slope to the waterside, with great access to the lake and main river. Home is perfect for families with children of all ages and groups of friends, offering several options for sleeping and play, indoor and outdoor. This is truly my favorite "home away from home", and none of us were in a rush to leave. Magnificent piece of property with the perfect amount of peace!

This rental was a winner! We loved the second kitchen in the garage (we love to cook!) and the proximity of the lake is great, very easy to get to the water. We had plenty of space, saw some great wildlife, and enjoyed a relaxing time at the lake. My fiance and I also got engaged on this trip so this place holds a special place in our hearts. Definitely a winner!

The photos on VRBO do not do this property justice! We absolutley loved the spacious house and accomodations! The dock- AMAZING The lakeview- "SERENE" understatement! The apartment was perfect for the great grandparents to have their own space at night. We had one question, reached out to Dustin and he responded immediately. We loved watching the birds, deer, and the sweet little pup that paid us a visit. Thank you for making our family vacation the best we have ever had!

You know those properties that are hosted by some corporation with bare minimum amenities, this is not that kind of property. It is obviously loved and enjoyed by the owner. This property is perfect for hosting a small party. Plenty of parking, second kitchen in the garage, main floor of house seats over 20 people and flows to patio with seating for another 10+. The kitchen is well stocked. Lots of yard games, kayaks,etc. Stop searching, this is the house you want to rent.

We enjoyed everything about this property! We had different groups coming and going throughout our entire stay! The accomodations were fantastic! Easy check/out process. All information at our fingertips when we arrived. Could not have asked for better!!!!! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your little slice of paradise.
