- In the heart of a wooded area, at the end of a quiet, residential cul-de-sac
- 6 minutes’ drive from long sandy beaches with access via the dune,
House on a plot of 2100 m2 enclosed and not overlooked, 50m2 terrace, 12-seater garden table, tavern area with garden furniture, light and 2 hammocks.

House of 150m2, completely renovated since 2021, including:
- Master suite with access and view directly onto the garden, with 160 cm bed, a bathroom with Italian shower, a separate toilet, a dressing room. It is currently being finished (vanity unit being painted, headboard in designed paneling, completed in May)
- Sleeping area with a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed and a large dressing room, a bedroom with a 180 cm sofa bed (2 90 cm mattresses). They are being prepared (decoration will be finished in April, 140 bed currently being approved).
All rooms have a view of the forest or garden.
- Large living room / living room with large bay window opening directly onto the terrace
- Bright and fully equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric slicer
- Laundry room including sink, freezer, washing machine, dryer, 2nd small fridge, and wine cellar (empty 😊 available if needed) and backyard with 2 tancarvilles. It will be finished in May (parquet flooring and kitchen furniture currently being approved).
- Internet, tv, wifi and amplifier.
Photos of the final rooms to come by mid-April, all with white ceiling paneling. We live there and we organize the rooms differently for rental purposes.
Sheets and towels not provided. To be discussed if necessary.
Location :
- Halfway between Saint Jean de Monts, Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and the Corniche de Sion. All 12 minutes away.
- Local shops located 3 minutes’ drive away and or a few pedal strokes!
For end-of-stay cleaning, we will ask that the floors and surfaces be clean, the refrigerator emptied, the dishwasher emptied, the dishes clean and the trash cans emptied.
Inventory of entry and exit, local information binder.
Car charger extra.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside.
