Welcome to this beautiful holiday villa, an oasis of luxury near the sea for an unforgettable holiday experience! The ground floor welcomes you and the family with stylish interior design in the spacious living room, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to culinary adventures and pleasant conversations. On the same floor we find a separate guest toilet. The first floor houses three bedrooms, two of which have an elegant dressing room and one with a private shower and toilet. The adjacent bathroom offers a walk-in shower. The second floor reveals two charming bedrooms, each with unique details, including a room with freestanding bath and dressing room. An additional bathroom with shower and separate toilet completes this floor. All beds with soft box-spring mattresses promise a wonderful night's sleep for an energetic start to every day. This holiday accommodation, half of a charming authentic villa, has a south-facing garden and west-facing terrace off the kitchen.
