Check in was great. We arrived early to Florence from Venice and instead of citing check-in and arrival policy, the staff worked hard to get our room ready. They made us feel welcome, provided food and other amenities to make us comfortable. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

This was an excellent hotel experience. The staff were informative, accommodating, and very attentive. Our room was just as described and in an excellent location allowing you to walk yo all of the tourist spots.The breakfast was delicious and a perfectstart to our days.

Alina was very welcoming and helpful on our first day checking in. She and the rest of the staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast options were modern, plenty in size and delicious! I would stay here again.

I can honestly say that the service, welcome and friendliness was unequalled. The folks arranged that the cat was valet parked and returned when ended, we received a delightful welcome including a glass of Prosecco, and the room, breakfast and service were impeccable. Top notch!

The style of the hotel was really nice but the room we had was too small for two people with more than one suitcase. There was very little space to lay out our luggage, so we were jumping over our suitcases as we didn’t want to unpack since we were only staying one night. Also the single corner sink in the bathroom was crazy small with nowhere to put toiletries at all. A small shelving unit next to the sink would be sensible. The shower looked nice but was very narrow and tight. Not good for larger people. Breakfast was excellent! Location was very central and convenient Also, thr AC wasn’t cold enough for July heat. Having a car was tricky as Florence has restrictions to enter the city centre so one needs to discuss with hotel for options…

We had a wonderful Four- night stay at the Glimpse Hotel starting with the check in. We were warmly, greeted and welcomed by Alina at the front desk. She took her time to explain all the hotel's amenities and important information. Also, the staff greeted us every time we exited and entered the hotel. That made us feel welcome. I also, want to give a special note of gratitude to the staff working in the breakfast dining area. They provided excellent service with a smile. This hotel makes the breakfast to order, which is great and they have something for everyone's taste. Finally, a special thank you to the ladies doing house keeping, they did an impeccable job with the upkeep of the room. They are very efficient and pay a lot of attention to detail. Even though this job is not easy, they still manage to keep a smile on her face at all times. The room was a good size, the bathroom was big with plenty of space for storing all your personal toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciate the extra memory foam topper. It made the mattress extra comfortable. All in all, we had an excellent stay at The Glimpse hotel. Keep up the great customer service and hospitality!

The water was coming out from the shower, the jacuzzy was very deep to get in and out (dangerous) the A/C wasn't working properly, only fresh but not cooling enough to sleep comfortable for the hot days of summer! We requested a fan, that was delivered immediately, but didn't work! The following day we requested again and this time they finally have another one available that worked. After that the room was comfortable. Housekeeper never left new soap (hands or shower) so, we asked for it everyday we were there and was provided immediately. Service and attention by Andres, Alina & Julian was superb! Andres obove expectations! This's a new hotel (3 months old) pretty, lift and great breakfast. Near everything, walking distance and safe.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful hotel in April. It’s an elegant, clean, and stylish boutique hotel with very friendly, welcoming, and dedicated staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had an amazing stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly with a welcoming drink, and our room was ready even before check-in time so we could refresh and start exploring Florence right away. The location in the heart of the city is perfect, with sights and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel was huge and delicious, with a variety of fresh, healthy, tasty food -- served with love. We will definitely stay at Glimplse the next time we are in Florence. We highly recommend this great hotel! Thanks to everyone at Glimpse, and a special shout-out to Martin, who welcomed and accommodated us with professionalism and warmth. We love Florence and, as you can tell, really enjoyed this hotel.

Good Location Terrible Room, was given the accessible room which was very poorly designed. Room was wet after a shower. Very small room for the price and not worth it. Only was the location. Would not return.

My stay at the Glimpse Hotel in Florence was fantastic! The staff were incredibly accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. Plus, the bed was so comfortable – I didn't want to leave! Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Florence.
