Une très mauvaise surprise !

Appartement confortable mais bruyant et mal isolé. C'est une résidence de vacances et les murs sont très minces.....

ATTENTION LE PRIX AFFICHE N'EST PAS CELUI QUE VOUS ALLEZ PAYER ! Le logeur envoie un message plus tard et via le site pour avertir que vous devez payer 20 euros supplémentaires !!! Comme dans les plus viles transactions il y a une mention perfide dissimulée dans les tréfonds de l'annonce. L'hôte "informe" d'un surcout de 20 euros couvrant les frais de nettoyage, de location de de linge de bain et de draps... Il continue en annonçant que c'est incompressible et mentionné dans un des onglets de la description. C'est en fait complètement caché lors de la réservation et bien dissimulé même si vous épluchez toute l'annonce.... C'est inscrit dans un onglet qui n'a rien à voir avec le tarif !! Après ma réaction de surprise et devant mon mécontentement, l'hôte ne s'est pas démonté et m'a proposé d'annuler la réservation, m'assurant qu'il ne pouvait pas procéder à l'annulation de ma réservation mais en m'affirmant que je serai remboursé des frais engagé lors de la réservation sur booking, or je n'avais pas pris d'assurance et malgré ses dires, ce n'était pas évidemment pas possible d'être remboursé ! De plus, en plein we de Pâques et découvrant son message une heure avant d'arriver, ce n'était vraiment pas évident de trouver un autre hébergement, j'ai donc dû verser EN LIQUIDE les 20 euros, sans recevoir le moindre reçu ou attestation de paiement. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôte indélicat.
