Mahtava kokemus majoittuisin hotellila milloin vain uudestaan!

Majoitus paikka oli siisti,hiljainen, hyvällä sijainnilla. Työntekijät olivat ammattitaitoisia ja tosi auttavaisia,ystävällisiä. Huone oli tosi nätti ja siisti.

Pitkä viikonloppu kahdestaan mieheni kanssa

Aamiainen oli yksi parhaista mitä olen syönyt Suomessa. Hyvä sänky ja laadukkaat vuodevaatteet. Huone oli täysin äänetön. Sisustus oli kaunis ja mikä parasta huoneessa oli tuore ihana kukkakimppu odottamassa. Yläkerran drinkkibaari Kupoli oli todella käymisen arvoinen paikka.

Our Helsinki stay was made more enjoyable by staying at the Grand Hansaa with its luxury facilities and friendly staff.

Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. Could not do enough for us. The hotel is in excellent position close to transport and the shops are walkable.

The hotel has excellent facilities and and provides a fabulous breakfast from cereals fruits breads to a great hot variety of eggs bacon sausages and various accompaniments.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Modern elegant room with a comfortable bed, pillows, robes and slippers. Excellent location too. Great shopping and restaurants nearby.

Very average.

Room is dark, small little window ( roof window) very disappointing. Very crampy room with 2 level steps inside the room. Further more the room is very dard. Very inconvenient to bring the luggage to the lobby. No attendant to help to clims the stairs to the lobby.

Buen hotel con aire cosmopolita

Excelente ubicación. Aire acondicionado regulable (muy agradable), se respira bien (buen aire) dentro de la habitación. Habitaciones muy cómodas en general. Personal muy atento y amable. Un aire cosmopolita. Desayuno de calidad.

La decoración del interior es muy oscura a mi gusto pero elegante. De vez en cuando se formaban colas en la recepción (falta de personal?). Recomiendo poner rampas en las puertas y abrir la puerta de acceso (por ejemplo llamando al timbre) por el lado frente a la estación de tren. Si vienes en tren (muy cómodo) desde el aeropuerto resulta pesado arrastrar las maletas desde la estación hasta la puerta principal ya que el pavimiento es de tipo "gobblestone".

Espaço lindíssimo

A localização, os funcionários e o pequeno-almoço.

Ficamos num quarto twin e apesar de as camas serem extraordinariamente confortáveis, cada uma media +/- 1,80 m de largura, facto que roubava imenso espaço de arrumação ao quarto. Também não gostei que a janela não abrisse nada, o que implica o uso constante do ar condicionado.

Aamiainen oli erinomainen ja sijainti hyvä. Sänky ja tyynyvalikoima oli hyvä sekä se, WC ja suihku olivat erillisessä tilassa.

Suomessa tulisi saada palvelua myös suomenkielellä ensisijaisesti. Tulemme kyllä toimeen myös englannin kielellä. Tässä hintaluokassa pitäisi aamiaisen sisältyä varaushintaan. Synkät värit etenkin ala-aulan wc-tiloissa.

It was a fabulous and memorable experience!

Literally everything. The rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable with pillow choices. Love the gym and sauna facilities. Breakfast is sooo good. Staff are all very professional and hospitable. Good location. Will definitely stay here again in our next trip to Helsinki!

Top Hotel in Bester Lage

Schickes neues Hotel mitten im Zentrum, keine 300m vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Fenster sind super isoliert. Das moderne Bad ist mit großer bodenebener Dusche und einer automatischer Toilette ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, besonders die zum Frühstück eingeteilten Personen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und auch für Vegan wurde Essen bereitgestellt. Schöner Spa Bereich mit finnischer, Infrarot und Dampf Sauna

Kleine Kritikpunkte: Bauarbeiten im Frühstücksraum während des Frühstücks Sauna war anfangs nicht wirklich heiß, noch funktionierten alle… Die umworbene Rooftopbar war nicht fertig gestellt. Die Toilette könnte etwas entschärft werden, damit der Deckel nicht beim betreten des Bades gleich auf geht, und auch nicht spült während man sich aufs Klo setzt. Man bedenke, dass es erst 5Tage geöffnet war.

Automaatti wc eli omaa elämäänsä, huuhtoi milloin sattui ja paukutteli wc:n kantta. Kylpyhuoneen katosta roikkui johtoja. Minibaarista puuttui tuotteita joita toivottavasti ei myöskään laskuteta asiakkaalta.

Kaikki oli täydellistä, erinomainen asiakaspalvelu, huone, aamupala, ja hotelli myös kauniisti otti huomioon häämatkamme ja oli pieni yllätys tuotu huoneeseen meille.

Huone oli vähän viileä, mutta se ei kuitenkaan paljoa haitannut.

Beautiful, cozy hotel with friendly staff

Very clean, beautiful and cozy room and spacious bathroom with modern technology. Excellent bed and several great pillows to choose from. Staff was very helpful, extremely polite and friendly. Also breakfast was delicious. Location is perfect and very central, yet it was quiet in the room.

Tesis çok yeni idi. Temiz ve konforlu idi. Son teknolojik ürünler ile hizmet veriyorlardı. Kahvaltı iyi ve çeşitler iyi idi. Konumu çok iyi ve merkezi idi. Yakında avm ve cafeler mevcuttu. Tramvay otelin önünden geçiyordu. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otelim Gym fitness salonu mükemmel idi. Fiyat performans dengesi çok iyi idi.
