Unsafe, overlooked, unwashed bedding and towels, no WiFi.
Brand new flat with nice shower and good kitchen amenities - all you needed was there for cooking. No microwave though. It has a washer dryer and all the appliances were new.
The front door of the building was permanently open with several people using the area for smoking drugs. Household and building litter all over the front of the building. We stayed in the top floor and the lift was not working for us to bring luggage and food shopping. The curtains/blinds did not close all the way leaving us exposed to everyone of the office buildings and street. The WiFi did not work, so impossible to work or entertain family in raining day/ evening. All the bedding and towels were not washed…. We arrived in the evening and had to source part of the bedding ourselves … the other half made our skin extremely itchy and uncomfortable. We said three people would stay … they left us three small hand towels for us to use instead of normal towels - it is best to bring your own if you wish… There was only one toilet paper roll. If you need more you must buy it as no spares left. The sealant under the shower tray was detached, making a perfect space for insects and other creatures besides the sewage smell coming from it, To top it all off the smell of Maryjuana was so strong that impregnated our flat and by the time we left the place it was impregnated in our clothes. We left early and did not stay the whole stay as we felt unsafe.
