Villa Linnea sits comfortably in the exclusive La Quinta area in the hills overlooking Marbella, just off Nueva Andalucia, one of the most desired locations due to its great restaurants and amenities, all just a short drive from Marbella town and Puerto Banús and San Pedro.
A unique build with nothing but the highest specifications; A large outdoor pool, beautiful lawned gardens, an outdoor gym area and much more– this is the perfect retreat for a large family or group of friends looking to relax and unwind in luxurious comfort and privacy.
This spectacular property is wonderfully crafted with a modern Scandinavian touch. Clean yet vibrant tones give a sense of cool and elegant luxury, and the exquisite fittings and ornaments add some fantastic flavour to the vibe this home brings.
Starting upstairs, the Master Bedroom is of course stunning. The bed faces straight out onto the private terrace, and you have the pleasure of waking up to the serene views that encompass the home from the mountains to the left as far as the sea to your right. The ensuite bathroom here is beautiful and features both a bathtub and shower.
There is another bedroom on this level which has a double bed as well and is also very spacious and comfortable.
Headed back down to the entry-level, the spacious and fully equipped kitchen is top class and has a dreamy open plan design combined with the dining area and a coffee lounge/breakfast corner. Sleek dark cabinets, white stone countertops, golden accents, along with top-of-the-range appliances. Second to none when it comes to exploring your favourite recipes! Villa Linnea boasts plenty of dining spaces both indoors and outdoors on the terrace.
The main living area, which is beside the dining area, is very cosy and has a large Smart TV as well as a sound system to complement it.
The terrace and outdoor area are the highlights of Villa Linnea. The covered terrace has a charming chill-out lounge and an outdoor dining area. There is a neat little “gazebo” style outdoor kitchen area with some barstools and a counter as well as a gas-powered BBQ to grill and enjoy the long summer evenings.
The lovely pool is surrounded by manicured tropical gardens and there is a range of sunbeds for your enjoyment. Not to mention the outdoor gym area which features some weightlifting equipment.
The home has various lounge areas for you to enjoy, whether it be inside or outside, you will be spoilt for choice.
On the lower floor, you will find a further 3 bedrooms. The first has a double bed as well as a bunk bed (suitable for children up to the age of 12). The other two bedrooms are both finished with double beds and there are another 2 bathrooms, one is ensuite and another is shared by two of the rooms.
The home has secure parking space, hot and cold AC, high-speed WiFi connection, underfloor heating, electric blinds, and a full alarm system.
This truly is an outstanding property and would suit a family looking for peaceful holidays enjoying luxury and exceptional views.
