Fireweed Apartments is your ideal vacation rental, a centrally located apartment complex featuring an on-site Food Market for your convenience.

Furnished 2 bedroom & 1 bath with essential amenities, so you can move in & start enjoying all the comforts of home right away. It is situated in a convenient and coveted location which provides easy access to all the attractions and conveniences that Fairbanks has to offer.

Near the Airport, UAF, Hospitals, Fort Wainwright, and public transport.

A coin-operated washer and dryer are also available within the property for your convenience, allowing you to pack light and enjoy a stress-free vacation/work experience.

Please note that the arctic entry, driveway/patio, and laundry area are shared spaces with other guests.

Contactless check-in and check-out process in place. Door is equipped with a unique security code entry. Guest(s) will receive a unique 4-digit code prior to their arrival.


This apartment is on the 2nd floor and you’ll need to use stairs to get into the unit. Please note that this is the only access, so it might be challenging for those with mobility issues.

For reservations longer than 15 nights, our policy includes cleaning every two weeks to keep your space fresh, with new bedding, towels, and replenished essentials. A cleaning fee will apply. Just let us know what time works best for you!

During freezing/below freezing temperatures, please do not leave windows and doors open to avoid property damage.

Parents are kindly asked to supervise their kids and take responsibility for any damages. Feel free to rearrange items for your children's needs, but please ensure everything is returned to its original position.

We take pride in keeping our apartment clean and comfortable for all guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

If you have a service animal with you, please answer these two questions legally allowed by law to ask:
1. Is the animal required because of disability?
2. What work or task, has the animal been trained to perform?

A guest(s) service animal must not be:

*Out of control and housebroken.
*Left alone at the listing without prior approval.
*Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest.
*Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under guest's control.

As per Alaska law, guest(s) will remain liable for any and all damages caused by people or animal.

If you have emotional support animal, we will charge a fee of $50.00 per animal and per stay as we are a pet free rental property.

A guest(s) emotional support animal must not be:

*Out of control and housebroken.
*Left alone at the listing without prior approval.
*Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest.
*Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under guest's control.

As per Alaska law, guest(s) will remain liable for any and all damages caused by people or animal.

We may also ask for an additional cleaning fee per animal and per visit with a minimum of $50.00 and can go up depending on the amount of professional cleaning that needs to be done.

We reserve the right to do legal actions and report false claims made by guest(s).
