The apartment features a spacious private garden and comfortable underfloor heating. The living area exudes elegance with tasteful interior decor and charming finishing touches, providing a delightful place to stay.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for preparing delicious meals to enjoy with friends and family.
***3 bedrooms offer double to king-sized beds and double beds with fresh hotel-quality linens, along with ample storage and wardrobe space, allowing you to settle in and feel at home.
***Including the folding matress upon request, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire property, ensuring privacy and comfort. Enjoy the freedom of self-check-in at your convenience. Rest assured that our property is professionally cleaned and well-maintained, providing you with fluffy pillows, fresh bed linen, towels, and all other essential amenities.

**** There are minor works in progress in other parts of the building, we're offering a fantastic 30% rate reduction as a thank-you for your understanding.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
