Welcome to our recently renovated and luxuriously appointed 3-bedroom townhouse in the heart of Central Southsea. This stylish retreat is perfect for up to 6 guests seeking a comfortable and convenient stay near the beach, shops, and local amenities.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious hallway. The fully-equipped kitchen and adjacent dining room provide the ideal setting for shared meals and moments. A separate utility room adds to the convenience of your stay, offering laundry facilities for your use, On the first floor you'll find a comfortable lounge where you can unwind on plush furnishings after a day of exploring which includes a double sofa bed for extra guests.
Upstairs, you'll find three beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. Comfortable bedding ensures a restful night's sleep, and ample storage space allows you to settle in and make yourself at home. The two twin rooms include zip link beds which can be zipped together to form a king size bed if required.
With two well-appointed bathrooms and a downstairs WC, there's no need to wait in line for your morning or evening routines. Enjoy the convenience of modern fixtures and a refreshing shower or a soak in the tub.
The townhouse comes with two balconies and an off-road parking space, making it easy for you to explore the surrounding areas at your leisure. Whether you're here for the beach, shopping, or local attractions, you'll find everything just a stone's throw away.
Guests will have private access to the entire property throughout their stay.
The property offers a self check in with lockbox and key, full directions, access codes and household information will be sent out the day before arrival to ensure security.

A short walk from the beach, promenade, Canoe lake, South Parade pier, Highland Road and Albert Road with their large variety of restaurants, shops and bars, as well as many local attractions such as the Southsea model village, natural history museum and Southsea pitch and put. There are also many beautiful individual cafes within walking distance such as the Southsea Beach Cafe and the Tenth hole.
The property is also easily accessible to the main routes in and out of Portsmouth, a short drive to Gunwharf quays and the Portsmouth historic dockyard, The D-Day museum and Southsea Castle, Old Portsmouth and Portsmouth university.

The property is a lovely home in a quiet area, out of respect for neighbours we request that noise is kept to normal levels at all times and to a minimum at nighttime during quiet hours. No parties or events are permitted.
