Diantha is a recently built villa on two unconnected floors, offering its guests tastefully furnished interiors equipped with al mod cons. Thanks to its 5 bedrooms, this villa can accommodate up to 10 people.
The owners live on the same property in their own villa and occasionally use the garden which contains the heated swimming pool and the shared solarium area.
Outside the villa, a veranda equipped for al fresco dining is available to guests.
The villa is ideally located to discover the surrounding area; within a few kilometres you can explore the historic centre of Marsala, the evocative Salt Pans, the Stagnone laggon and the island of Mothia, the towns of Trapani, Erice, Segesta, Selinunte, San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro nature rerve.
Available to guests: 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, air-conditioning throughout, shared swimming pool (14 x 6 metres; minimum depth: 1.2 m; maximum depth 1.5 m; heated at 26°C, salt purification plant), veranda equipped for outdoor dining with table and chairs, barbecue, free Wi-Fi Internet connection, parking, shared solarium, shared garden
Distances: sea (sandy beach) 300 metre; Marsala (good range of shops) 6 km; Mazara del Vallo 16 km, Trapani 35 km, Erice 45 km, Selinunte 45 km; San Vito Lo Capo 80km; Palermo (airport) 110 km, Palermo (city) 130 km, Agrigento 135 km.

Lower floor: (accessible only from the outside and not connected internally to the rest of the villa): living room (air conditioning, smart-TV) with dining area and kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), double bedroom (air conditioning), bedroom with 2 single beds (air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms with shower.
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
Arrival between 16:00 and 21:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
Pool open from 1 March to 30 November
