As you step into Marlin Time, you'll be greeted by a spacious and beautifully decorated interior. The living area features comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the beach. The large windows allow for plenty of natural light to fill the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, or head outside to the private patio and savor your meal while enjoying the view of Cotton Bayou.

The home layout is as follows:
The ground floor is your entry floor with a drop off area and an elevator that will take you to the next 2 floors.
The 2nd level is the living area with a great living area, a fully updated kitchen. A bunk room is right off the kitchen with a single built in bunk. Also on this floor is a King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on this level next to the bunk room. (the elevator will access this level)
The 3rd level hosts the master King bedroom with a built in single bunk area that also has an ensuite bathroom and a large closet. This bedroom also opens up to it's own private balcony. This Level also includes another King Bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a bedroom with 2 queen size beds and an ensuite bathroom. (the elevator will access this level)
The 4th and very top level is not accessed by the elevator. This level has a single bunk bedroom, a bedroom with 2 full size beds and a bunk room with one single set of bunks and a twin over full bunk and a sectional that allows for a perfect kids space. All the bedrooms on this floor share a double sink bathroom.

When it's time to unwind, head out to the common area where you'll discover a private swimming pool. Spend your days lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun or bring your fishing gear and spend the day catching dinner at the neighborhoods private docks. The home includes an assigned boat slip to use during your stay. Don't have a boat, ask us about our favorite boat rentals. Come experience the boat life we have here in Orange Beach, AL. Boat out to the islands and then to one of the local restaurants for lunch or dinner.

*No guests under the age of 25 unless approved by Signature Properties. A driver's license must be uploaded and a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
