Step through the massive double front doors and immerse yourself in the luminous ship-lapped foyer. To the right, a sun-drenched corner King suite awaits, featuring a modular closet and full bathroom. On the left, another sunlit bedroom featuring double bunk beds with a trundle shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a spacious, light-filled back corner King suite, complete with its own sitting area. Open the doors to discover private spaces like an office that could double as a quiet space for a little one in a crib. There is also an additional suite—a naturally illuminated Queen enclave with a full en suite bath and an expansive dune-facing porch adorned with lounges designed for soaking up both sun and sea breezes.
The lower level also hosts a laundry haven equipped with two washers and two dryers, ensuring convenience for all guests. Ascend to the upper level, where the soaring ceilings and expansive glass back wall showcase mesmerizing Atlantic panoramas. The generously appointed Primary King suite indulges with its chandeliered spa-like en suite and opens onto the house-length partially covered back deck—an ideal vantage point for observing the rhythmic dance of the waves.
The reverse open floor plan maximizes views by featuring the living areas on the second floor. It exudes elegance, with decorator touches like the living area's distressed mantel and designer fan.
