SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: (Sleeps 16 + 2 on Air Mattress if Needed)
King Bedroom 1 - - First floor king bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination
King Bedroom 2 - - Second floor king bedroom with private en suite bathroom with dual vanities, walk-in glass shower, soaking tub, walk-in closet, and private balcony with daybed swing
King bedroom 3 - - Second floor, shared bathroom with tub/shower combination
King bedroom 4 - - Second floor, shared bathroom with tub/shower combination
Bunk room 5 - - 2 sets of twin over full bunks with two full trundle beds (6 beds), shared bathroom with tub/shower combination
There is also a pack n' play and air mattress available for guests' use at the home.

There is parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles. There are additional free parking areas throughout the community.
Visiting in an electric car? We have you covered, with a private EV Chargers (60amp Tesla & a J1772 adaptor for non-Tesla vehicles- mounted to the wall) in the garage!
Other things to note
Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
Minimum age of renters is 25 otherwise must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for every 3 guest under 25.
No smoking allowed on the premises.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekend stays and holidays.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by golf cart or other amenities provided to guests.
