This captivating two-story cabin features 6 generously proportioned bedrooms, with ground-level rooms offering private exterior access and en-suite bathrooms. Ascend to the loft area, where vaulted ceilings and expansive windows present mesmerizing views of Zion. Outdoor living is elevated with covered porches at the front and back, featuring cozy seating, a BBQ for alfresco dining, and a secluded hot tub spa, perfect for relaxation amidst nature’s splendor. Designed to accommodate 12 adults comfortably, with a maximum capacity of 14 guests, a nominal fee applies for additional guests beyond 12.

Located in a charming vacation rental community in a very remote part of the US. Kane County has less than two people and two houses per square mile. The community partly managed by the Zion Ponderosa Resort where you have access to many amenities described above. And you can walk into Zion National Park from your home, or take a short shuttle from the Resort to the Observation Point Trailhead. The community also has several trails for you to discover that take you to nice vistas of Zion, including Checkerboard Mesa.
Beyond the allure of this magnificent property, the array of amenities within the resort is unrivaled. Located on the border of Zion National Park, direct access to iconic trailheads such as the East Mesa and East Rim Trails awaits, along with tennis courts, walking trails, and play areas for enjoyment. Dive into the resort pool (accessible for a daily fee) and indulge in a plethora of pay-per-use amenities, including Jeep and UTV rentals, canyoneering adventures, jeep tours, horseback riding, mini-golf, and much more.

You may park an RV in the driveway, but may not stay in the RV or use hookups. If you would like to stay in your RV or use the hookups, please visit the front desk at the Zion Ponderosa Resort after you arrive.
Please note the home is on a small private rural sewer system. If anything besides toilet paper is flushed it causes the pipes to clog and the sewer main to burst, and such items shall not be flushed down the drain.
No parties or events.
No smoking on the property.
Quiet hours are 9 pm to 8 am.
