About this house rental

Enjoy the magic of Kaiteriteri with this stunning, quality, and modern, architecturally designed holiday home. Amazing lagoon and beach views, open plan and spacious living area, and great indoor-outdoor flow. Recently built in a new and quiet cul-de-sac, within an easy walk to the famous Kaiteriteri beaches and adjacent to the Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park. The house is sunny and warm, well equipped, and centrally located, allowing for a restful, social and/or activity-based holiday exploring the Abel Tasman National Park or wider Tasman region. Two double bedrooms, one bunk room (six beds) and an office with two mattresses helps ensure everyone can have their own space. There are also two bathrooms (one on each level) and a laundry in the double garage.
The Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park is a fantastic asset to the area. Good for all the family and provides a lovely alternative walk through native forest when the days are too hot to be in the sun. The Great Taste Cycle Trail is now completed from Motueka to Kaiteriteri, it's a fabulous all weather trail - perfect for getting out and about for a beginner through to advanced cyclist.

On the doorstep of the Abel Tasman National Park and a great location for access to water taxis into the Abel Tasman

Taste local cuisine - The Beached Whale Restaurant & Bar (+ Takeaways),waterfront Restaurant or Gone Burgers (Takeaways) - open daily in summer. The Kaiteriteri Store offers great shopping for last minute needs as well as petrol. For a full on shop it is recommended to head into Motueka (20 mins drive) to either Countdown or New World, both located off the main street.

New, super clean, great vibe. Stayed w family of 5 (8,10,12yo) and over our two weeks in So NZ, this was our favorite house (out of 7). Not a ton of stuff was open in Kaiteriteri (in the winter) but Montueka is 15min away and has good places to eat, shop. Kids loved the bunk room. Quiet house and area. Would def stay here again! Can’t beat the niceness and cleanliness.
