The property itself was not delivered to us very clean, the cleaning staff must only be about 4 feet tall because there are cobwebs on every light fixture above your head in most corners. Most of the floors had debris and dirt on them. The water pressure was low for 1 of the weeks of our stay and toilets did not flush efficiently. The electronic lock is a problem since day one, it did not open using the code provided and my employees were delayed over 1 hour getting into the house, we then quickly learned after day 2 that the lock will not lock using the code and each time we exitted we had to do so manually.

Overall clean and decent experience. There were a few spots they missed cleaning. Just seemed like it’s been a while since the house was freshed up. There wS a cleaning agent that looked like a bar of soap left in the microwave. Unfortunately, the tent outside was shredded and we were not able to use it due to a previous storm before we got there. The code door did not work upon arrival and we had to get a new a door knob installed the next day! Installation was easy process but I do wish I had a better heads up when they were coming. They texted and said they would be there in the evening and I did not hear from them until I was showering and they were knocking at the door at 7-8 pm. Communication was great throughout the trip. They were ash cups left outside the backdoor for smoking purposes. I did use those to smoke outside and now the owner is claiming that the entire house smells like smoke but we did not smoke inside the house and am I confused on why her employees wouldnt tell us that when they were in the house. But I believe it’s due to the fact that it indeed did NOT smell like smoke. So if you want to rent here just dont smoke outside all at or she’s going to try and put in a claim for you to pay for something you did not do. Also she does take the full 24hours to accept of decline requests to book and will not accept your request if you will not pay for the insurance package.
