This one level ranch style home has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and plenty of space to gather & eat both inside and out! Come enjoy the highly rated & sought-after Arrowhead Lake Community! Perfect for a family getaway here in the Poconos. You'll be close to many of the Pocono's top attractions such as ski resorts, waterparks, hiking and historic destinations. We provide linens and all basics!

The home also comes with complimentary use of two kayaks for time out on the lake during the summer months. Spend the evening on the fully furnished deck or make s'mores well into the night around the fire pit!

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, microwave, Keurig (limited k-cups provided), industrial coffee maker, toaster, blender and more.
GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries, towels/linens, Pack N' Play, and highchair.
PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles)
PETS: We allow 1 dog 25lbs and under with one-time pet fee of $35

You will have access to the entire home and all of Arrowhead Lakes amenities.

In the home there is a welcome book with everything you would need to know about the home. If you need to contact us there is an emergency number to guest services available 24/7.

This home is located in the Gated community of Arrowhead lakes

Upon arrival you need to register at the front gate with your license and car registration. You are then provided a gate card for entry and exit of the community. There is a gravel driveway at the home for parking.

The Arrowhead Lakes community is conveniently located near 940, 115, the PA Turnpike. It makes for a great stay year-round as it is filled with its own amenities within a close drive to much more!

Temporary Membership (age 6 and over): $8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly) in-season (May 23, 2025 through September 2, 2025)

Transaction Fee: $20
Gate Card Fee: $20 per each car


Late Fee: $100 will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival.

* These fees are beyond our control. It is the policy of the community association.
*We will ask for vehicle and occupant information to complete registration upon booking.
* We will submit the registration and payment on your behalf and request payment for the balance via Airbnb.
* Upon arrival, you will have to go to the Rental Office (located office site, on your way to the community) to obtain your gate cards and wrist bands. The office is open from 10am-10pm.

Arrowhead Lake fees are mandatory in addition to Airbnb costs.
*During the off season we will cover the cost of registration for up to 8 guests & 2 cars. You are responsible for the cost of any extra guests, cars, and late fee (If applicable).
*During in-season (summer) You are responsible for the full cost of your registration.

If we are unable to register you due to failure to submit information Arrowhead Lake association will deny you entry and you may lose your reservation without refund. It is important that you submit all needed information after booking.
