We visit the St. George area often and stayed here for 3 nights. Steve was super responsive and cared about our stay. The master bed was comfortable and clean. We loved the pool and hot tub and the well-appointed recreation room. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Will definitely consider this house again.

Other than the hot tub not working (which was a bummer), we had a great time! Loved the house and it fit our family perfectly :)

The location was perfect and the place was awesome. It fit our needs perfect and was well stocked. We could have used a few more bath towels, but we had a great stay with no complaints. The owner was great to work with and everything went smooth. We’ll definitely look to stay there again.

Great stay for the 4 of us. House was well kept and well equipped. Pool area was great after a day of hiking. Location gave easy access to Zion and Springdale, and a reasonable drive to Bryce which is worth the trip. Had an issue with the pool cover on the 1st day but it was quickly fixed same day. Overall a great stay.

We had such a wonderful experience staying at the White House. Steve was great to work with. Very responsive to messages and helpful. The house is in the perfect location and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The house itself was amazing! It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the pool was amazing. Everything about this property was seriously great! Our family of 5 had such an incredible time here, we’ll definitely be coming back!!

The house was exactly what we needed for a little weekend getaway! Super close to Sand Hollow, pool & hot tub were clean and the kids loved the Bball court! The host was helpful when we had an issue with heating the pool and made sure we had everything we needed! Definitely would stay here again

This place was seriously the best! Steve was great and was attentive and responsive to our questions. The pool and hot tub were so great. The kids literally played all day in the pool. Great location, great set up, plenty of room and anything you would need to cook. Would stay here again any day.

This is one of those reviews that really is bittersweet in that you want to give a perfect review but regret that the review might mean you don’t get a week you want for next time.
This house is wonderful. The location is perfect for Sand Hollow. It has a great garage, parking, trailer space, driveway parking, etc
.This is a high-end neighborhood and restrictions on noise and street parking make perfect sense.
The house itself is airy and open and the split master floor plan is perfect. We were a group of 7 and the house is exceptional. We put two couples in the masters, a couple in the queen bedroom and a 21-yr old in the bunk room. The bunk room will actually sleep 12, I think. The bunks appear to be custom made. Each bunk is at least double if not queen-sized. I took the time to check out the mattresses in the bunk-room and hey were actually great. .The ceiling is high and each bunk has great head space. An adult could be comfortable here.
The kitchen and living spaces are large and open. The kitchen is really well equipped. The decor is “vacation rental” but classy and unobtrusive. The owner invested in high quality furniture. The couches, chairs, mattresses, etc will not disappoint. This is not an IKEA property.
We were very pleasantly surprised with the level of instruction on systems, light switches, trash and pool care visits, etc. The checkout process was simple and easy. We went above and beyond with sweeping red dirt out of the garage just because we loved the house so much..
Honestly, this was probably the easiest, most pleasantly surprising rental we have ever had.. We are already looking at the calendar to see what weeks we want to book with this great house.

Perfect for a quick family getaway. 6 adults and 7 children from 12-3. The kids LOVED the bunk room. Kitchen and family room were spacious. The pool was warm and the hot tub was just right. Conveniently located near Walmart and Lind Grocery. If we are ever in the area we would stay again!

We had 9 adults and we all had plenty of space. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen/living room was a great place to hang out and play games. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had! Highly recommend it.

This is our second time staying in Hurricane at Steve’s property. We love the location and the proximity to the national parks. The house is gorgeous and pristine. Steve does a great job at communicating all the necessary information about the house so that you have a relaxing, easy stay at his property. We had a wonderful week and look forward to being back next year!

Quiet location in a sweet neighborhood. Pool was awesome. Wish we could have controlled the fall of water coming from hot tub area. That would circulates the water and keep it cooler, especially on hotter days. Simply loved the layout and how things were stocked. Pretty dang awesome!!!

The house was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Steve was so quick to message me back with answers to my questions. The pool and the hot tub were our favorite parts and both were super clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be renting this home again!

This property was exactly as advertised and we loved our stay. We had a small issue with the pool cover but the property manager was at the house in 15 minutes and the owner had repair people out in under a couple hours which was amazing. This house has everything you could possibly need for a terrific stay. We hope to stay here again next year!

The White House is a stunning home in a beautiful neighborhood that makes the perfect base to visit the gorgeous scenery of southern Utah. Our first trip out west was amazing with a 30 minute drive from the house to breathtaking Zion NP, 2 hours from The Grand Canyon North Rim, and other must see destinations such as Kolob Canyon, Red Cliffs Conservation Area, Sand Hollow. Spacious home, a beautiful pool we enjoyed every day after the parks, comfortable inside and out, with a relaxing great room. Love the area and the landscaping. Thank you Steve for being a gracious host.

Great place, great location, with in 30-45 min drive to Zion and all other parks , house was clean and modern. 1 request is to have electric water kettle at the house but that was definitely not a deal breaker

Wonderful house for our two families visiting Zion and surrounding areas. The large gathering space of kitchen/living room/dining room was perfect for being together when preparing family meals. The kitchen was well supplied. A large dining table was perfect for not only meals but game playing. There is a huge comfortable recliner couch and chair for TV watching so everyone has a place to sit. The two master bedrooms plus the Jack and Jill bedrooms made comfortable quarters for everyone from two different families including teens and young adults. Good TVs in every room. Outdoor space was great with pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, putting green, basketball, large grilling area, and a huge outdoor dining table. And if anyone felt the need to exercise, there was a treadmill in an air conditioned room overlooking the pool. We rented over the 4th of July and could watch fireworks set off at the nearby reservoir from the comfort of the back patio. It was a spectacular show. The location of the house was great, close to St George for supplies and close to Zion and many other outdoor sport and hiking locations. We had a great time here and would definitely rent this house again if in the area. Also nice having a large high quality washer/dryer available. Owner was quick to respond to any questions and was so nice.

First and foremost Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was responsive and helpful at every turn from start to finish. Also, it was nice having someone nearby if we needed anything. The pool was absolutely amazing and perfect for the "all ages" group that we had. I loved the fact that everyone had their own bathroom/quarters. We were SOOOO close to SandHollow where we spent a lot of our time. The location was perfect for excursions outside of the house like shopping, Sandhollow, Quail, Zions etc. We spent most of our time at the house so having a full kitchen, grill, large pantry, large fridge was super convenient. We will definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful family vacation here and definitely would come again! Our kids range in age from toddlers to teens, and they all had a great time. The pictures don't quite do this home justice, it's beautiful and there is so much space for everyone. An excellent memory making space!

Out of owner control, but they are beginning to build new homes directly behind the property and can be loud at times. We left early for many trips so didn't really effect us but is important to know.

The property was beautiful. We enjoyed staying there with all the amenities. The only down fall was construction going on right behind the property. Machinery beeping early in the morning makes it hard to sleep in and driving by all day takes away from the privacy of the backyard. I know the owner cannot control this, but maybe consider lowering the price while construction is going on.

This home was just what we needed to enjoy our stay in Southern Utah. It was large enough for everyone and the outside entertainment area was a delight. Very close and easy to get our toys to Sand Hollow.
