We like to give our guests their privacy. However, we are local and less than 10 minutes away if you need anything.
Located in the heart of “Old Rockport”, a subdivision known for historical homes and famous Century Live Oak Trees, we welcome you to be our guest! Walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining, and the brand-new Center for the Arts! Come live on vacation!
You will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage.

Office/ Work Desk located to the left when you enter the house.
Close distance to the beach and downtown shopping - accessible by car, bike, golf cart or walking.
Parking - You have the entire driveway and two spots in front of the picket fence. Must be the road when you park by the picket fence.
The backyard is perfect for hosting events with a swing set for children and a gazebo with seating for adults.
