This vibrant cottage, with its ultra-desirable location in the heart of Moreland Village makes for the ideal lowcountry vacation getaway in Palmetto Bluff. With bright open interiors, luxurious, high-end design details, soaring vaulted ceilings and comfortable furnishings this home provides all the amenities for an unforgettable family vacation. The light-filled, modern kitchen is well-equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops and bar-stool seating for 4 people, plus separate dining area that seats 10. You'll find everything fully stocked with the cookware, dishes and utensils you could need for family meal prep or nights when you've added a private chef to your stay. Additionally you'll find a beverage fridge located in the nearby bar area for easy entertaining.
The layout of this space provides the perfect atmosphere for cooking and entertaining, as well as relaxing around the fireplace for movie night. The screened porch offers the ideal place to gather for happy hour on the porch and offers a cozy spot for outdoor dinner, grilling out, an evening nightcap or simply taking in the incredible sunsets.
The Blue Heron offers a spacious main floor primary suite appointed with a King bed and luxury linens, plus incredible ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Upstairs you'll find 3 additional bedrooms with two bathrooms and a bonus lounge space to enjoy game night or extra space for the kids to spread out. Stack washer/dryer is also located on the second level. Additional features include high speed internet with whole home Wifi, Smart flat screen TVs in every room, and outdoor grill.
You're just a short walk or bike ride away from Moreland Landing, The Moreland Treehouse and Moreland Dock for fishing and boating excursions. Plus you're just steps from the Moreland fire-pit, The Canteen and Cole's restaurants, Lake Bales and the walking & biking trails that wind along breathtaking tidal creeks.
Not only will you enjoy all there is to do in Moreland Village, you're just 3 miles from Wilson Village where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightly s'mores around fire pit. You can bike the extensive trail system at Palmetto Bluff to many of the popular amenities around the resort. Inquire with our team about the availability of bikes and a golf cart during your stay.
