Escape to the mountains in this upscale, newly constructed, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeping 4 across a king-sized bed, and a queen-sized bed. It features hardwood radiant heat flooring, a private balcony with gorgeous views of the Blue River and surrounding mountains, a private in-unit washer and dryer, and modern finishes throughout. The Blue River Flats complex offers guests quick access to all of the shops, restaurants, and conveniences of Silverthorne while still being close to everything else Summit County has to offer including Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, A-Basin, and golf courses like Keystone River, Keystone Ranch, Breckenridge, Raven Golf Club and more.

The entryway has hooks, a bench, and storage cubbies for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The spacious living area features a gas fireplace, mounted smart TV, nine-foot ceilings, and huge windows delivering sunlight and beautiful alpine views. The cozy furniture offers plenty of comfortable seating and the full-size washer and dryer are located in a closet between the living area and the entryway.

The high end full-sized kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops and modern stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats four. Step out onto the private balcony just off the kitchen and dining area and soak in the mountain air while enjoying beautiful up-close views of the Blue River and the mountains beyond. The full-size washer and dryer are located in a closet near the entryway.

The master suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen smart TV, a ceiling fan, an en suite bathroom, and large windows. Let the Blue River sing you to sleep. The en suite bathroom offers a double sink, quartz countertop vanity, and a walk-in shower with a bench. There is also a large closet in the master bath with plenty of storage for your on-the-go wardrobe. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed that can be converted into a desk for anyone looking to work remotely from this property. The guest bathroom is located directly outside the guest bedroom and features a quartz countertop vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Blue river was beautiful to stay at! The river flowing in the back and Mountain View’s were so relaxing . Highly recommend for location for hiking , biking, or visiting other towns. Management wonderful to work with!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was modern and very clean, with a beautiful view of the river and hills. We enjoyed the wrap around corner deck and the sounds of the river rushing by. Everything was in perfect condition and it was a very pleasant experience. Please note that there is no elevator in this building. We came for a wedding and shared with my parents... who are in their late 70’s.

The property was very clean. Loved having the garage! Loved the layout of the property. The amenities were great everything you would need. Sitting on the deck was the best… just hearing tbe river roll by… very calming… helped sleeping at night as well. The bedrooms were nice sized..enjoyed it all!

4/20/24 This is a lovely, new, modern, cozy, serene, clean place to stay!! The view, out back, is stunning! It’s fully equipped, and ready for 1-6 guests. The owners were communicative and thorough with instructions, and were quick to reply to any questions. The sound of the mountain stream will lull you to sleep each night. The location is great for visiting many cute towns around the area. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very nice 2 BR unit. Itis new, well-appointed and immaculately clean. It is about a mile north of the I-70 exit - a central location if you want to ski all the resorts in Summit and Eagle county - it took 40 minutes to get to Beaver Creek, 35 minutes to Vail and 20 minutes and under to reach Copper, Breck and Keystone. There are good restaurants in the area and every convenience you'll need. The only "warning" is that the unit is on the 3rd floor and people who don't navigate stairs well, should take note. Otherwise, a very nice unit!
