Our 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom home is located in the quiet and safe neighborhood of Gentilly Woods/Lake Pontchartrain. Only 5 miles from the French Quarter! The area boasts of a golf course, restaurants, stores, and friendly neighbors. Easy access to the interstate makes it a breeze to get around the city. Home is spacious, bright and comfortable. Perfect if you're looking to add a little glamour to your New Orleans vacation. . 18str-03088 Welcome to an elegant retreat in the Big Easy. Our home is newly renovated specifically with the pleasure of our guests in mind. We offer 3 bedrooms each equipped with very comfortable large beds, 2 queen beds and 1 king in the master suite. There are smart TVs in each room and plenty of storage space for your personal items. We offer 2 full bathrooms with tub and shower options. The tiled tub area adds an elegant touch of class and style. One of the bathrooms is in the private master suite. The living/family room boasts a large comfortable couch and a 55 inch smartv for your pleasure. It’s open to the kitchen for easy access and easy flow for entertaining. Our contemporary kitchen has a chic appeal with granite countertops, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware and dishes for your cooking pleasure. We also have an automatic dishwasher for your convenience. We love how the kitchen provides easy access to both the family room and dining room. The dining room is great for formal or informal dining. The private master suite is tucked away in the back of the house. It is beautifully furnished and has a king size bed. Our guests enjoy a private bathroom in this room. No need to overpack. We have a full size, washer and dryer for your convenience. Want to cook out? Our large backyard is perfect for entertaining and hosting outdoor cookouts.We even provide a small grill for your use. We are located only 5 miles from the center of the city’s main attractions such as the French Quarters, Superdome, Harrah’s Casino, Downtown, etc. We’re even closer to the fairgrounds where the jazz fest is hosted. If you don’t want to drive yourself, take a 10 minute Uber/taxi ride. Uber is readily accommodating in our neighborhood. After you’ve enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the city, your beautifully appointed, quiet neighborhood home awaits your return. Near our home, only blocks away, there is no shortage of places to eat. Restaurants, grocery stores, easy access to the interstate, even a large Walmart are all just minutes away. Are you a golfer? If so, you’d enjoy Pontchartrain Park Golf Course. The course in conveniently located only 1.5 miles from our home. For your safety and peace of mind, we have a security system monitored 24/7 and connected to the police in the extremely rare case you might need assistance. We absolutely love our city of New Orleans. We are delighted to have the opportunity to extend the hospitality that our city has taught us. We hope that you will stay with us. We’ll work hard to earn your second stay when you return. You are highly encouraged to “laissez les bon temps rouler!” Our house is your house. Welcome home.
