About this house rental

Welcom to Louisville! We know you're here for the most exciting two minutes in sports- the Kentucky Derby! However, Louisville has a lot more fun to offer, Forecastle, Bourbon & Beyond, PGA tournaments and more! For your trip, are you looking for convenience and a home that has it all? Look no further. This year's Derby is the historic 150th running of the Kentucky Derby. There is no better place to celebrate than this warm and cozy home. Situated in a quiet neighborhood that is moments from highway access, quaint 5 bedroom/ 3 bath home is perfect for a family or 2-4 couples looking to stay in the upscale East End. The first floor primary room boasts with a walkin shower. There's a living room and a large dining room that will host eight or more along with an eat in kitchen seating 6 -8 more. Two additional bedrooms with a shared bath stocked with all amenities, including first aid kit. There's a fourth and fifth bedroom located downstairs that brings much desired relaxing and entertaining alike. The kitchen is cozy and light, complete with a space to eat or you can step out onto the deck that overlooks a landscaped patio with fireplace and a gentle flowing water fountain. Wanting to sit near a fire? Lower lever living room is the place to be with a large tv, pool table, to hang out, relax, watch a movie or challenge your friends in the next round of pool.
