Welcome to "Rustic Barn by the Bay," where charm and comfort meet coastal serenity. Designed with families and small groups in mind, this two-storey retreat accommodates up to 6 guests, making it the perfect setting for a memorable getaway by the beach.

Nestled just steps from the lagoon beach with a playground for the kids and a BBQ, and within reach of East Beach and George Town (5 minutes by car), this home offers the ideal balance of adventure and relaxation.

Outdoor Oasis: Start your day on the deck with a cup of coffee in hand, or unwind in the hammock as the sea breeze drifts by. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then gather around the firepit for an evening under the stars.

Living Areas: Inside, you'll discover a blend of timber interiors and quirky decor that exudes warmth and character. The spacious living room, with its cosy fireplace and thoughtfully chosen furnishings, is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration.

Family-Friendly Spaces: The kitchen-dining area, with a table that seats ten, is designed for shared meals and good conversation. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up family favourites, while the adjacent deck provides an ideal spot for indoor-outdoor living.

Bedrooms: Upstairs, two bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat. The main bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the ocean, while the second bedroom, with its four single beds, brings a touch of nostalgia reminiscent of camp days. There are two fold-out sofa beds in the second living room, available upon request, each accommodating one additional guest. Please note that there is an additional fee for using these beds.

Lagoon Beach, with its serene, curved bay stretching approximately 700 metres long, provides an ideal spot for a refreshing dip in the sheltered waters, complete with a BBQ and nearby play area. Nearby, you'll discover the secluded Pilot's Bay, offering calm waters and panoramic views of the iconic Pilot's station, perfect for a leisurely paddle.

We warmly welcome dogs to join you for a coastal getaway. Kindly note that there will be an additional $100 pet cleaning fee for pet stays. We kindly ask that you clean up after your furry friend. No cats please.

There are 2 fold-out sofa beds in the second living room which are available upon request, accommodating 1 additional guest each. There is an additional fee of $35 per sofa bed if guests would like to use these.
