Set in an olive grove with spectacular views of Lake Garda, Ca' Scaì is one thing above all: a lake of tranquillity. On the picturesque southern slope, you can enjoy the sun from dawn to dusk, unplug, immerse yourself in nature and leave everyday life behind. Far behind you. It starts as soon as you arrive. As Ca' Scaì Agrifugium is only accessible via a narrow driveway (or a beautiful 15-minute walk), the hosts collect their guests from the municipal car park in Tignale/Oldesio and take them to the flat. With private garden and saltwater pool. This cosy and stylish 50 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a 1.80 metre wide double bed, an intermediate room with a 1.20 metre wide built-in bed that can be used as a cosy reading corner and 1 bathroom with a wellness shower.
On-site amenities include high-speed WiFi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine and a dishwasher. This holiday flat offers a private outdoor area with a garden, a terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a communal pool.
The property is located in the middle of a unique olive grove. The saltwater pool is only shared with the other flat, which is also managed by the hosts. Towels for the pool are provided. The accommodation is located near the beach of Tignale "Pra de la Fam", public transport can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
Free car parking is available in the village of Tignale/Oldesio.
Pets, smoking and events are not allowed.
Guests should be aware that the accommodation is not accessible by car.
The pick-up service from the car park in the municipality of Tignale/Oldesio is organised by the hosts. Alternatively, the accommodation can also be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes.
A shopping service on the day of arrival, as well as a daily bread delivery service to the door of the holiday flat can be organised by the hosts, payment according to the invoice receipt without surcharge.
Air conditioning is not available.
The accommodation has a stepless indoor area.

The property offers homemade food from neighbouring farms and from its own production (for a fee).
