• Shared space or whole home?
The entire home is yours and you get complete private access. The entire home is just for you, your family, and friends.

• Safe neighborhood?
Our home is in a secure and peaceful area. We also ask guests to maintain the peace and safety of our community using common sense.

• Check-in procedure?
After your booking, provides check-in guidelines three days before arrival. We use a self check-in method, with either a lockbox or keypad. You don’t need to meet us at all.

• Check-out process?
It's simple. Lock up and return the keys to their spot.

• Night-time check-in allowed?
Absolutely, after your booking, we will send you a code online for the lockbox so you can check in yourself at any time. You don’t need to meet us at all.

• Can I invite more guests?
Yes, just update your booking if they usually stay overnight. Note for short stays:
Please update the right number of guests visiting/staying at the property. Also, please note that daytime guests coming just to visit will be counted as half a guest, and overnight guests will be counted as a 1 full guest.
