The villa boasts an unconventional-shaped swimming pool (45 m2, depth 150 cm) with an internal staircase and seasonal availability from March 1 to November 1. Enjoy the convenience of a WC, outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (65 m2), garden furniture, and a barbecue area in the pool vicinity.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a spacious 7-room villa spanning 445 square meters across three levels. The villa features a beautiful and cozy interior design. The living/dining room measures 58 square meters and is equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment. This room opens out to a terrace and the swimming pool area. One of the bedrooms is 28 square meters in size and includes a French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long), a bathroom with a shower/WC, a double hand basin, satellite TV, and air conditioning. This bedroom also has access to the terrace.

The villa is well-equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the same level. On the lower ground floor, you will find three bedrooms, each measuring 18 square meters and featuring a French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. These rooms also provide direct access to the swimming pool area.

The upper floor of the villa houses another bedroom, measuring 20 square meters, with a French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/WC, a double hand basin, and air conditioning. This room opens out to a terrace. There is also a playroom on this level, complete with satellite TV and air conditioning, offering another space for entertainment and relaxation with access to the terrace. The villa is equipped with forced-air heating to ensure your comfort during the cooler months. Outdoor amenities include deck chairs, allowing you to soak up the sun while enjoying the stunning views of the sea and countryside. For your convenience and safety, the villa provides a safe, an iron, a hair dryer, and a fire extinguisher. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the property. Lastly, a separate external entrance leads to a sauna area with a shower/WC, providing an opportunity for ultimate relaxation during your vacation.
