The modern and tastefully furnished open living/dining room features a panoramic window with a flat-screen TV. There is one double bedroom with a panoramic window, a double bed, and an en-suite bath/shower/WC. The second double bedroom also has a shower/WC. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer, along with electric heating.

The apartment offers a washing machine for your convenience. Internet access is available via WiFi. Up to 3 pets or dogs are permitted in the apartment. Please note that the TV channels are only available in English. Safety features include a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher. Unfortunately, there is no lift in the building.
