The villa consists of four bedrooms: one room with a French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long), a bathroom with a WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating; another room with a French bed (140 cm wide, 900 cm long), a shower, bidet, WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating; a third room with two beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long), air conditioning, and forced-air heating; and a fourth room with a French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long), a shower, WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating.
