About this house rental

This charming Cape Cod situated on a quiet tree-lined street is larger than it appears!

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances for cooking and entertaining. There are two TVs in family areas. A bright sunroom hosts a cozy stone gas fireplace. From here walk out to the deck and fenced in backyard.

The garage holds one vehicle, with an EV charging station if needed. The driveway is double-wide and suitable for oversize/work vehicles and/or trailers.

Sleeps up to six -- with one bedroom and a full bathroom on the first floor plus two bedrooms with a full bath on the second floor. There are two queen beds and two single beds in total. A full bathroom in the basements gives you three full bathrooms!

There is a sun-filled office on the main floor with a work desk and two chairs.

Minutes away from both Wegman's and Aldi grocery shopping.

Pets welcome if approved by host. The yard is fully fenced. Please indicate if you are bringing a pet, and a $20/night/per pet fee will be forwarded a few days before your arrival. Discounted rate may be available based on breed and/or duration of stay.
NO smoking of any kind indoors please - penalty of $150 if ozone machine is required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome! Pet fee of $20/night per pet will be requested separately a couple of days before your arrival. I'm open to discounts for smaller breeds or longer stays. Please keep all pets off of the furniture and pick up any messes outside prior to departure. Doggy bags are available.

If at any point you loose the keys to the house or lock them inside please contact Cheryl immediately. We will do everything possible to assist with gaining access, in the event a locksmith has to be called and a $150 fee will be required.

The property has everything you need and in a great location. 10 minutes from everywhere we needed to be. Cheryl checked on us everyday to ensure we were good and if we needed anything. If we visit the area again we will definitely look to make sure this house is available.

PROS: Older, quiet & very nicely maintained neighborhood. House simple & neat. Living room comfortable. Internet access very good. Office +. As Seniors we stayed in downstairs bedroom & bed & bath were adequate. We are accustomed to King bed, which downstairs bedroom could accommodate, but managed comfortably in Queen provided. Kitchen had all amenities needed including coffee brew pot & K-cup option. Cooking utensils, pans etc. were ample. Basement laundry was convenient. Upstairs was nicely appointed had we needed it. Garage access was appreciated. CONS: Would have liked couple simple plastic deck chairs. Nice deck, no way to use it. No grill. Advertised electric car charger. Nope. We didn't travel in our hybrid this time but were thinking next trip would be a benefit when using our car. Great 4 season room that was once probably a breeze-way. Has loads of windows, tile floor, lovely fireplace, TV, Air, deck access. Very nice EXCEPT it WREAKS of pet urine & is impossible to enjoy. So bad we had to buy air fresheners & open windows as it is entrance to house from driveway. There is a door between this room & kitchen which we kept closed at all times due to odor. The owner permits pets which is great for travelers with animals, & we have done that in the past, but this room has been ruined by pets or mice. Who knows. We liked this location for family access & it is otherwise clean. Just disappointed with items mentioned.

This was my first VRBO experience and I was very happy with the accommodations. The location was great as we were visiting family in north Chili. Proximity to grocery stores and restaurants was very convenient; walking or driving. I especially enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood, the houses are very nice and beautiful mature trees everywhere. The property itself was great, the bathrooms were nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and the yard is huge. We had some family members over and there was plenty of space to host everyone for dinner and drinks. The next time I'm in town I'll be sure to look for this property again.
