THE SPACES:
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with only 3 apartments. The accommodation has been recently renovated, with taste and attention to details. The presence of wood gives harmony and warmth to the spaces, which are furnished in a simple and linear way.
The apartment has a kitchen where you can prepare delicious breakfasts for you and your family or organize a dinner with friends. It is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, etc.. There are also 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one with 2 single beds.

Finally we find the bathroom with shower and washing machine.
There are 3 terraces from which you can enjoy a 360° view of the wonderful surrounding mountains, the fiery sunsets typical of the Dolomites with their pink and red shades, are a sight not to be missed, even better if admired while sipping a good drink in good company.

Casa Zulian is also equipped with a ski rack, common garden and parking space.

THE POSITION:
In the middle of the most beautiful mountains in the world, Falcade offers activities and breathtaking views that can be appreciated both in summer and in winter. The Dolomites have a lot to offer in alpine and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, walking and trekking, mountain biking, and much more.
The house is located a stone's throw from the town center, about 500 meters, and is close to the beautiful Park of Falcade. Actually, close to the house it is possible to take the cycle path that leads directly to the Park, and therefore also to the center.
The bus/ski bus stop is located 50 meters far from the house, so in winter you will be able to reach the perfectly snow-covered slopes of the San Pellegrino Ski Area. We know that you can't wait to spend a fun and carefree day on skis, perhaps stopping in some typical mountain huts, taste a good slice of homemade cake or a typical dish from the Dolomites.

Falcade has a lot to offer even in summer, if you are a sports lover you will certainly not be bored. Walk on trails and paths of all difficulty levels, horseback riding, mountain biking, ... and much more.
