Unit Layout
You will be staying in a spacious 5-room house spanning 240 square meters, designed to accommodate up to 8 guests. The comfortable and cozy living/dining area features a dining table, satellite TV, and digital TV, with an exit leading to the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the ground floor.

The property offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay, while the washing machine and dryer make it convenient to care for your belongings. You can enjoy outdoor cooking with the provided barbecue, and pets are welcome (maximum 1 pet/dog allowed). Satellite TV and a microwave are available for your entertainment and convenience. The terrace is furnished with outdoor seating and deck chairs, allowing you to relax and soak in the surroundings.

The upper floor features four bedrooms, each with its own unique layout. One room has a French bed and an attached bath/WC, while two other rooms also have French beds. The fourth room is equipped with two beds, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements. There are two additional showers/WCs on this level. For your convenience, the property provides a safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (suitable for up to 2-year-olds), and a hair dryer. Internet access is available via free WiFi throughout the premises. Parking is reserved for one car. Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
