In the independent studio :

- Bedroom 5: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: filter coffee maker, barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A 30 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
The house is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Water sports: beach, sailing lessons, kids' club on the beach
- Hiking: direct access to the GR34 coastal footpaths
- Access to St Malo by boat-bus for a visit to the corsair city
- The Channel Islands are only an hour away by boat.
- By car: visit Mont St-Michel, St Malo, St-Lunaire, Cancale by the sea, or Dinan, Combourg or Bécherel inland.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to five vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Bus: two bus stops nearby (Église or Office de Tourisme) with connections to the Rennes or Saint-Malo TGV stations.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo station, about 15 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport about 10 minutes' drive away.
Other remarks :
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The price is €18.50 per person for stays of less than 15 nights, including bed linen, towels x2, tea towels and carpets. For stays of more than 15 nights, linen must be renewed.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book&Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and Beau Temps Belle Mer Côte d'Émeraude (concierge / housekeeping service).
