Wickings consists of a kitchen with gas range double oven and 6-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, a lower-ground-floor utility with washer/dryer, a living/dining room with TV, a lower-ground-floor sitting room with TV, a cloakroom, and an external games room. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV, balcony, and en-suite shower room, two doubles, and a lower-ground-floor single, serviced by a bathroom and lower-ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a frint lawn with patio and furniture, a rear multi-level garden with lawn, furniture, hot tub, pizza ovemn, pond, and furniture, plus off-road parking for three cars. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Travel cot available. Shop and pub 1.6 miles, beach 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent.
