Welcome to Palm Harbor this Adorable condo in desirable Tuscany at Innisbrook. Fully Furnished everything you need to move in today is included, all you need are your clothes, a complete renovation was just completed on this unit (Feb 2024), you could be the first one to live here. This is a large 3 bedroom, 2 bath on the ground floor so no steps to climb. Even if you have to work it will feel like you are on vacation once your here! This home is 90-day minimum rental. Just steps to 1 of 2 gorgeous swimming pools. You will feel like you are in a first-class resort! Live in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath like you are on vacation! A perfect seasonal rental. Tuscany feels and looks like you are in a first-class resort! Adorable condo was completely renovated 2023/2024 Look at all the features, Kitchen has a breakfast bar and all the appliances you will need, including a new L G washer & dryer in the home. There are 2 master suites, the master bedrooms are large with their own bathroom. One of the master bathrooms has 2 sinks. There is a large walk-in closet in each bedroom. This home comes with a bonus room off the living room for an office. This community is very upscale. It is like living on vacation all year long. This home is sunny & bright. It has been painted with neutral colors. Appliances include washer, dryer, microwave oven, range, refrigerator, dishwasher. New Samsung smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room included. The development has two luxurious pools, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, car washing stations, a club house w/ big screen TV theatre room, party room, pool tables, computer/business center, free Wi-Fi in club house. Development is a gated secure community with security patrol. The community is next to a world famous Innisbrook golf resort. This home is available starting March 1,2024. This unit has been furnished with Quality Brands from Macys, My Pillow, Crate and Barrel and Host GPO and several other quality suppliers, it was not furnished from garage sales. Bedding, Beds, linens, Dishes, furniture, Washer, and Dryer are all new. Includes Wi-Fi Internet and cable TV and a reserved parking spot right outside your door, and trash removal.

We had an amazing time staying here! It’s clean, modern, and inviting. We had everything we needed to live comfortably. The hosts are amazing people and really made us feel at home. We loved having one of the pools only steps away! It made my life with kids so easy. The area is beautiful and luxurious. You really feel like you’re living at a resort. And the best part is, you’re only a short drive to the beach!
