Additionally, there is a downstairs wet room with a shower, toilet, sink, and underfloor heating.
All the bedrooms are on the first floor. The principal bedroom has a king bed, wardrobe, and distant sea views. The second bedroom also features a king bed and wardrobe with garden views. The third bedroom is a children's bunk room. The family bathroom includes a walk-in shower, bath, sink, toilet, and a heated towel rail.
The outdoor space boasts an enclosed lawned garden, ideal for children to play or doggies to stretch their furry paws. The patio is furnished with a dining table and seating, perfect for sunny breakfasts or dining out on warm summer evenings.
