Summary:
This beautiful home, situated in the scenic Monte Estoril, boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It features spacious living areas, a modern kitchen, and proximity to both restaurants and beaches, making it an ideal spot for families or anyone seeking comfort and style in their accommodation. This property combines convenience with elegance, offering the perfect blend for a memorable stay.

The Space:
Entering the house, you are bestowed by a three and half meter high ceiling, framing charming wood stairs to the upper floor. On the ground floor, you have access to one suite and one bedroom with second bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunker bed which can sleep 3 guests.
Ascending the staircase, we find different living spaces, a small hall with access to the balcony, a bathroom and 2 more bedrooms with a shared closet room. One of the bedrooms, with a double bed, is on the mezzanine level illuminated with four ceiling windows and is accessed via a sculptural bookshelf.
Also on first floor a gorgeous spacious kitchen and a living room directly connected to the kitchen. The kitchen takes center stage due to its bold scale and exposed wooden beam ceiling structure. An open metal support with shelves completes the plasticity of the space.

Nestled amidst Monte Estoril, between buildings and palatial residences, there exists a street of small houses reminiscent of urban living in a typical London suburb, where this 4 bedroom property is situated. It's an area with its own particular life, with commerce, services, and cafes, lending it a unique movement, unlike anything seen today. . The iconic Estoril Casino is also nearby, providing entertainment options for those interested. For beach lovers, the stunning Tamariz Beach is within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf.

Getting Around:
The Estoril Train Station is just a 10-minute walk away, offering easy access to Lisbon and other coastal towns. Several bus stops are also nearby, making it simple to explore the local area and beyond. For those who prefer to drive, the A5 motorway is within a 10-minute drive, providing quick routes to Lisbon and Cascais. Cyclists will appreciate the nearby bike paths that lead to scenic spots and key attractions.

Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.
