HOUSE RULES
No Children allowed that can not fully swim on their own - No Exceptions
Dogs are welcome - there is a $50-$75 pet fee depending on the size of the dog. For any other pets please, contact the host first.
No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
Guests under 25 should contact Host prior to booking for approval
No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Strict 10pm City Noise Ordinance. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
No visitors are permitted to enter the pool area - this area is for registered guests only for liability reasons there are no exceptions to this.
No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
Maximum Occupancy is 4 people and 2 vehicles. If you have more people or vehicles please contact me first - don't show up with additional people
