Benjoli Breeze is a colonial-style 5 bedroom masterpiece at Royal Westmoreland. Nestled alongside the 16th Fairway, this Barbados holiday villa offers captivating vistas of the golf course and western coastline.
The grand entrance leads to a spacious lobby with a powder room/bathroom and a convertible office/extra bedroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 sit on the upper level. This splendid Barbados vacation home includes Full Membership for flexible tee time bookings.
From the lobby, an expansive open-plan living and dining space with high ceilings and ceiling fans flows to covered and open-air terraces. To the left, a sheltered outdoor dining area for 12 is perfect for Caribbean evening gatherings. Also ahead, a generous pool and spacious deck, surrounded by a lush garden, offer sweeping views of the fairway and Caribbean Sea.
A hallway from the lobby leads to the en suite guest bedroom e, which offers Twin beds and access to the pool deck. Upstairs, the Master Suite and the first Guest bedroom feature King beds, en-suite bathrooms, and private balconies. Two interconnected cottages accessible from the pool deck offer additional accommodations. One has a King bed, the other two Twins, each with en-suite bathrooms and private patios. Additionally, Cottage 1 boasts sea and fairway views.
Guests at Palm Ridge 10, “Benjoli Breeze,” enjoy resort facilities: a private gym, communal pool, Rum Shak, golf, tennis, and the Mullins Beach Club (with a daily shuttle). The villa offers exclusive beach access at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion, featuring beach bars, restaurants, and 10% discounts for club members, including Royal Palm Terrace access. Convenient parking and a 7-minute drive to Holetown, with shopping and amenities, complete this exceptional experience.
