Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink on the large deck with views of the stunning Ben Ohau mountain range. Onsite parking and a laundry area make it easy and convenient for you to make this your home base while exploring all that Twizel has to offer.
Located on a quiet street, Fabulous on Fraser is just a 5-minute walk from the town square, where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. The walking tracks, rivers, and lakes are also within easy reach, making it the perfect location for exploring the beautiful surrounding area.
While having a vehicle is convenient, everything you need is within walking distance, making it easy to leave the car behind and truly relax.
Please note that check-out time is at 10am, strictly enforced to ensure that the house is ready for the next guests. Late check-out may be possible with prior arrangement, otherwise, there will be a late check-out fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, and a fee of $200 will be charged for professional cleaning if evidence of smoking is found.

Check out time of 10am is strict so we can ensure cleaning is completed before check in time. A late check out fee will be charged if you depart after 10am unless a late check out is arranged prior.
Checking out after 11AM means you incur a full days fee.
A fee of $100.00 will be charged to you as the guest if we are called out to the premises after business hours ( Business hours are 9am-3pm Monday- Friday) unless deemed not liable by our technician.
This will be charged and paid in full prior to your departure or on arrival to the callout. As banking deposits can take up to more than 48hours to be processed.
Smoking inside is NOT ALLOWED and will result in a $200 charge for professional cleaning.
