This vacation rental offers shared access to an angular swimming pool (13 x 6 meters, with depths ranging from 80 to 190 cm) that is available seasonally from May 1st to October 31st, with pool opening hours from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The complex also features a shower/WC area in the pool area and an elevator. Amenities include Internet Wifi, Parking, and an Installment Plan option.
Outdoors
The residence boasts a shared outdoor swimming pool that is angular in shape, measuring 13 x 6 meters with depths ranging from 80 to 190 cm. The pool is available seasonally from May 1st to October 31st, and the opening hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. There is a shower/WC area conveniently located in the pool area.
Other Information
The residence has a total of four stories and is equipped with an elevator for easy access to all floors. Please note that only the wearing of swimsuits is authorized in the swimming pool of the residence.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 2-room apartment that spans 48 square meters on the 2nd floor, with a south-facing position. The apartment features a bright and partly renovated interior from 2023, with comfortable and beautiful furnishings. The living/dining room boasts a panoramic window, a double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), a TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and electric shutters, leading out to the terrace.
Amenities Included
The apartment is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. Air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and heat are available. The kitchen includes a mini-oven, oven, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules provided. Pets are allowed, and the maximum capacity is 4 guests. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and 1 bathroom.
Other Information
The apartment offers a 12 square meter terrace with a south-facing position and marvellous views of the sea, mountains, swimming pool, and garden. Outdoor furniture is provided for your enjoyment. Additional facilities include an iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. A garage accommodating one small car (height 200 cm, width 220 cm) is available. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and a smoke alarm is installed. The offer is made by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
