The location truly offers the best of both worlds, with easy access to the vibrant city of Norwich with its rich historical interest, excellent shopping, two indoor shopping malls and boutiques, market square, cathedrals, castle museum, theatre, and 20 minutes stroll from the River with its waterside pubs and café. 10-minute walk to Norwich City football club hosting football matches and live music concerts throughout the year. 16 minutes walk to the mainline train station with connections to coastal resorts, Cambridge and London. Don’t miss the ‘riverside retail park’ with its eateries, cinema, indoor crazy golf, trampoline park, amusement arcade, supermarket and High Street branded shops. With plenty of cycling and walking routes nearby, sandy beaches and traditional seaside resorts are 18 miles away.
