Menorcan style semi-detached Villa 83B Sud, located in a quiet area shared with only three other houses, where you can enjoy authentic island life in a serene and welcoming environment. With its semi-detached design and traditional architecture, this villa is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday on the wonderful island of Menorca. Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by a bright living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine for your convenience. The warm and welcoming atmosphere invites you to relax and enjoy unforgettable moments with your loved ones. In addition, the villa has a full bathroom and a shower room, ensuring the comfort of all guests. The villa's three cozy bedrooms are arranged to provide privacy and comfort. One room offers a comfortable double bed, another has a double bed and the third is equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for families with children. From the villa's terrace, you can enjoy partial sea views while relaxing outdoors and breathing in the sea breeze. The shared complex offers a beautiful Mediterranean garden and a refreshing swimming pool, where you can enjoy moments of fun and relaxation under the warm Menorcan sun. And with the beach just 900 meters away, you will have easy access to the crystal-clear waters and golden sand of the coast, ideal for enjoying days of sun and sea with family or friends. Come and discover the authentic beauty of villa 83B Sud and its quiet and peaceful surroundings. With its privileged location and modern amenities, it is the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday on the charming island of Menorca. We are waiting for you to offer you an unforgettable experience! Located in a small area of 3 more houses, which share the garden and pool area. Note: The tourist tax, €2.20 per night per person over 16 years of age, is not included in the price and the guest must pay it upon arrival at reception.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT TO OUR RECEPTION

-As you leave the airport, follow the signs for Mao-Mahon. You will come to a roundabout with a pyramid sculpture in the middle. Take the second exit at this roundabout, signposted Ciutadella.

-Continue along this road until you come to another roundabout, which you should go straight over.

-You will go down a hill to another roundabout. At this roundabout you should turn left (second exit), joining the main road (Me-1) towards Ciutadella. Please take care at this junction.

-Continue along this road for approximately 7km (ignoring two turn-off signs for Alaior), until you see an exit for Son Bou/San Jaime on the right. Take this exit.

-At the bottom of this slip road you will come to a roundabout. Turn left, going under the main road, and take the 3rd exit towards Son Bou/San Jaime/Torre Soli Nou.

-Continue along this road for a further 6km until you reach the resort. You will pass through a short stone tunnel, before coming to a roundabout. Continue straight on at this roundabout.

-After approximately 1km, take the 4th road on the left into `Calle Bellamirada´.

-On arrival you will need to register and collect your keys at the Menorca Rentals RECEPTION on the ground floor.
